**Novique Shop Return & Refund Policy**

At Novique Shop, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a **30-day return policy** from the date you receive your order.

**Return Eligibility**
To qualify for a return, your item must be **unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached**. A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at **support@novique.shop** with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

**Non-Returnable Items**
The following items are **non-returnable**:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items

**Exchanges**
For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

**Refunds**
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
